Siarad - Welsh for Talk or Speak

We are a team of radiologist NHS consultants whose careers all started within a few years of each other in Wales. A combined 65 years down the line and now with a wealth of experience and expertise in our sub-specialist fields we’ve set ourselves a new challenge, to work towards the betterment of radiology services in Wales.

We began discussing our frustrations with the current system a few years ago, but overtime those discussions turned into ideas of how we could make improvements, some big, some small. We believed with the inside knowledge we had, we understood perfectly where improvements could be made. Our guiding principles are based on working closely with Clinicians and Healthcare Providers, vitally improving care and experience for our patients. One common theme we discovered with outsourcing solutions was the absence of an efficient communication loop between these groups, which is why Siarad Medical Services was created.​
